This document outlines additional details pertaining to use of our site and service terms including payment, off-site support, and hardware purchases. This information may be modified or updated at any time.

Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are available during our typical business hours as well as most evenings and weekends. All scheduled appointments are first come, first serve. Appointments cannot be scheduled more than one month in advance. We are closed on all major Holidays.

Canceling or Modifying Appointments

Huber PC maintains a tight schedule ensuring speedy and punctual servics for our customers. Given the nature of our business it is important for clients to provide us as much notice as possible if a cancellation or rescheduling is desired. Please give at least 24 hours notice.

Payment Options and Details

Payment is due upon service completion of each visit. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We do not accept debit card payments. Huber PC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments via credit card will appear as "SQ* Huber PC, llc" on your statement.

Bounced Checks

In the unfortunate instance of a bounced check, the client will be re-billed for the completed service as well as a bounced check fee of $25 for each bounced check. If a customer repeatedly bounces checks Huber PC may require a different method of payment, or even deny you future services.

Custom Built Computers

Our custom built-to-order computers vary widely in cost depending on system requirements. While labor is deferred until delivery and successful on-site configuration, the hardware, software, and shipping costs must be paid for (and cleared) up front. We do not mark up hardware and would be happy to let you purchase the components yourself.

Online Invoicing

After each completed appointment you will receive a link via email to download a PDF version of your paid invoice. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview (included with Mac OSX) to view this document. If you have any issues downloading or viewing the invoice please contact us.

Feedback Forms

Our server randomly selects clients from our database of recently completed services. You may or may not receive an email requesting anonymous feedback for your recent appointment. Your feedback is truly anonymous and we would greatly appreciate your comments, praise, and criticisms!

Minimum Age Requirement

Persons under the age of eighteen are welcome to visit our site but are not eligible for Huber PC service. For more information, please contact us.

Changes to this Document

We may make changes to this document from time to time (Last Revised on March 24th, 2015). We will notify you of substantial changes by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address within your account information.
