We take your privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our services & web site. This document details our usage of personally identifiable information (“Data”) that may be collected and used by Huber PC. Put simply, we do not share or sell your Data.
Huber PC maintains your full name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address on our web server for invoicing purposes. This information or other submissions you make via our site may contain personally identifiable information and, as a result, will be available to Huber PC associates. This information is always transferred via encrypted web sessions and is never shared or made public.
Whether paying by check or credit card, Huber PC does not store or maintain any account or routing numbers. Our credit card processor maintains your signature and the last four digits of your card for transaction security. Since we do not store credit card data, your credit card must be present at each visit.
With the exception of customer invoice downloads (attached via email), all invoicing and customer information is sent and received via encrypted web sessions.
After service completion, our server randomly selects customers from the database and emails feedback requests. Any information sent is confidential and you are indeed anonymous. You are not tracked by account or any deliberate method. There will be a record of your IP address and the time you visited the site in our log files.
With the exception of invoicing and feedback, we collect anonymous information from your web browser to improve our site ad services. Data collected includes your browser type and version, operating system and version, IP address, general geographic location, and in some instances browser window size.
Like the majority of web sites, we use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings. Third party advertisements will not appear on our web site. No third parties are involved in Huber PC.
We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information in ways other than disclosed in this statement. This Data is not linked to personally identifiable information nor available to anyone outside of Huber PC or our web solution providers.

As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.
